Node is offline or not visible

If your MystNode appears offline, not visible in apps, or missing from discovery, follow these steps to identify the issue.

1. Ensure the node is running

  1. Make sure your node has been running for at least 15–30 minutes

  2. Restart the node or host machine if needed


2. Check Node UI status

Open your Node UI in a browser:

http://<your-node-ip>:4449

Example:

http://192.168.1.10:4449
  1. Confirm the node shows as ONLINE

  2. If not, give some time, check again. If this fails = then restart the node and check again


3. Check NAT status

  1. NAT should be Open or Moderate

  2. Strict / Symmetric NAT can prevent visibility

  3. Double NAT setups may also cause this issue

Refer to NAT troubleshooting if needed.


4. Avoid multiple nodes on the same IP

  1. Running multiple nodes on a single public IP is not supported

  2. Ensure only one node is active per IP


5. If the issue persists

Share the following with support:

  1. Node identity

  2. Node version

  3. Operating system

  4. Logs (if available)
