In this guide, we will help you get started with Myst node powered by the Nebra Firmware.
Assuming you have already created an account at https://dashboard.nebra.com and added your Hotspot device to the dashboard with premium subscription/license purchased.
Step 1: Create an account at https://mystnodes.com/registration
To get started, you'll need to create an account at MystNodes.com. Signing up is easy! All you have to do is click the link above and fill out the required information to get your own account set up.
Through the MystNodes.com dashboard, you can "claim" your nodes as well as have a comprehensive overview of your node including all information, performance and earnings.
Step 2: Connect Your Node and Claim It
Once you have created your account, it is time to connect your node and claim it. This is done by accessing your NodeUI and entering the API key under "Mystnodes.com Integrations". Once your node is connected, you are ready to move on to step 3.
Step 3: Access Your Node's Information
To access your node’s information you will want to log into your account on the MystNodes.com dashboard. From here you can see your node’s information and keep track of your node’s performance and see your monthly earnings.
Step 4: Navigate to your NodeUI dashboard and start Mysterium node setup
Login into your device’s local dashboard and follow the onscreen instruction to register your identity on the Polygon chain, set up and configure your node service.
Mysterium Node UI allows you to adjust your node’s settings, manage services & settlement details, and view real-time session metrics as well as performance.
Step 5: Set your NodeUI password

Download MetaMask, TrustWallet, MyEtherWallet or any other compatible wallet to create a new crypto wallet to which you can send your MYST tokens to. Make sure that your MYST token is added there!
You will need to enter your wallet address before finishing the setup procedure. Verify that all the information you entered is correct, and double-check to make sure you have not made any typos. Once you have verified all the details, click the Finish button.
Step 7: You're all set!
Congratulations! You are finished with your registration! We are now getting your node ready for other users to discover and start making connections. Shortly, you will start earning rewards right away! If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
Step 8: Don't forget to backup your identity!
If you want to save your Hotspot settings, including any settings for Mysterium, you can create a backup by clicking the Create Backup button. This will give you a file on your computer that you can use for later.
To use that file to restore your settings, click on Choose File and select the backup file you have saved. After that, you can press Restore from Backup to complete the process.
Note! Your Helium private key cannot be backed up as this is embedded in the security chip.
