1. Check network configuration
Ensure your Mac is connected to a stable network
Avoid restrictive networks (mobile hotspots, some public WiFi)
2. Check macOS firewall
Open System Settings
Go to Network → Firewall
Ensure the firewall is not blocking required connections
3. Apply router level fixes
To improve NAT type:
Enable UPnP
Or configure port forwarding
Or use DMZ (last resort)
